- High season: 11 Jan - 30 April - $350
- Low season: 1 May - 30 June - $250
- High season: 1 July - 15 Sept - $350
- Low season: 16 Sept - 15 Dec - $250
- PEAK SEASON: 16 Dec - 10 Jan - $450
- EXCHANGE RATES
Terms & Conditions
- Min. stay during low season is 2 nights & 4 nights during high season
- Min. stay during Christmas and New Year is 6 nights
- Rates are commissionable to bona fide travel agents at 10%
- To accommodate arriving guests, the Villa must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made
- 10% non refundable deposit required to book with full prepayment 30 days prior to arrival date
